Service description
Wilhelm Rosenthal Photography offers appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and rescheduling notifications through SMS to streamline scheduling processes for businesses and clients.
User responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate contact details for receiving SMS messages.
- You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Opt-out and help
- To stop receiving SMS messages, text “BYE BYE” to the shortcode. You will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe status.
- For assistance, text “HELP” or contact us at wr@wilrosen.com.
Limitations of liability
- We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Carriers are not responsible for service disruptions or technical issues.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse our service, including, but not limited to:
- Sending unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful messages.
- Attempting to disrupt or interfere with our platform.
Modification of terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

How many final images are included?
The number of professionally retouched images depends on the session package you select. Every package clearly outlines what is included, and additional images can always be purchased after you view your proof gallery.
How quickly are images delivered?
You first receive a gallery of lightly edited proofs to choose from. Once you have picked your favorites, final edited images arrive within 3–4 business days. On a tight deadline, say so — a faster turnaround can often be arranged.
Where do sessions take place?
In studio, outdoors, or at a location that suits you — natural light, a classic backdrop, or something more creative. Sessions cover Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, Burbank, and Orange County. Most headshot sessions run 30 to 60 minutes; fuller portrait sessions can run to 90.
Do you photograph companies and teams?
Yes. I offer on-location headshots and branding photography for companies, executives, and teams of all sizes. Sessions can be arranged at your office or another suitable location, with consistent lighting and styling across the entire team. Use the company option on the inquiry form and include the number of people, preferred location, and intended use so I can provide a custom quote.
