We brought Wil in to photograph our team and couldn’t have been happier with the results. He kept everything organized, worked efficiently, and gave us a consistent set of headshots that look great across our company website and LinkedIn profiles.

I usually hate having my photo taken, but Wilhelm made the session feel relaxed from the start. He knew exactly how to guide me, and I finally have a professional headshot that actually feels like me.

The corporate range

One standard.
Four registers.

Wardrobe, light, and background change how a professional portrait reads before anyone gets to your title. These are the registers a corporate session can move between.

  • Corporate headshot of a man in a black suit and white shirt
    01 Studio authority

Controlled light and a clean background, for the most consistent result.

  • Corporate headshot of a smiling man photographed beside a window
    02 Natural light

Window light for a softer, more approachable read.

  • Corporate headshot of a smiling woman wearing pearls
    03 Color as signal

A considered accent that still reads as professional.

  • Corporate headshot of a man in a blue suit
    04 Painted backdrop

A textured studio ground that adds depth without distraction.

Not sure which register fits the role? We settle that in the planning call, before the session.

Corporate session FAQ

Arrive prepared. Leave polished.

Do you help with posing and expression?

Absolutely, and you are not alone — most people feel that way at first. You are guided through the whole process with simple, natural posing and prompts that bring out your real personality. The energy stays relaxed and supportive, and by the end you will feel far more at ease than you expected.

What should I wear?

Wear something that feels like you: comfortable, confident, and clean. Solid colors tend to photograph best, and we talk wardrobe through beforehand so you feel good walking in. Outfit changes are welcome if you want variety in the final gallery.

Where do sessions take place?

In studio, outdoors, or at a location that suits you — natural light, a classic backdrop, or something more creative. Sessions cover Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, Burbank, and Orange County. Most headshot sessions run 30 to 60 minutes; fuller portrait sessions can run to 90.

Do you photograph companies and teams?

Yes. I offer on-location headshots and branding photography for companies, executives, and teams of all sizes. Sessions can be arranged at your office or another suitable location, with consistent lighting and styling across the entire team. Use the company option on the inquiry form and include the number of people, preferred location, and intended use so I can provide a custom quote.
